Prescriptions are always ready and the people who work there are always kind. They certainly always go above and beyond. Shopping at a locally owned business is an absolute plus for us.

I absolutely love the service at Byards. Several reason why are: parking is always available, the app is user friendly and allows a quick refill order, most of all, a real human answers the phone, no waiting and they actually call you back if needed. I found the big box pharmacy’s in town really lost me with their automations. Text that said rx is ready, in fact they weren’t. Frequent medication shortages. Poor customer service. Again highly recommend this home town pharmacy!

My husband n I transferred all our meds to Byard-Mercer over a year ago from a big national Grocery store pharmacy here in Clarksburg. Have not regretted that decision for a moment. Byard-Mercer has never been ‘out’ of any of our meds, has an easy to use app, n great service with a small town feel. Great Pharmacy!

i have to edit my review. this place goes above and beyond, i was in between insurances and had no clue what to do to get my meds (that keep me alive) they done the leg work for me and i had my meds the next day. i love mom and pop shops and i will always be a customer with these people till im in the ground or they close ( i hope dont happen in my lifetime) they offer free delivery as well. thanks for going above and beyond
